How we care for your information

Rooted Mama Collective collects information you choose to provide, including your name and email address when you request the free guide, and the name, post, or response you submit to the community board.

We use this information to deliver requested resources, maintain the community, respond to questions, and—when you have consented—send occasional Rooted Mama updates. Community posts and responses are public, so please do not include private, medical, financial, or identifying information.

Our site uses local browser storage to remember whether you completed the free-guide signup. We use Kit as our email-service provider to manage subscriptions, deliver requested emails, and process unsubscribes. Payments and digital delivery for paid products are completed through Payhip and its secure payment providers. Rooted Mama Collective does not receive or store your full payment-card details.

We do not sell your personal information. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted by emailing team@rooted-mama.madethis.app. We may retain records when reasonably necessary for security, legal, transaction, or fraud-prevention purposes.

By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully. Website copy, branding, photography, community content, and free resources are owned by Rooted Mama Collective or used with permission unless otherwise noted.

Purchased editable templates are governed by the license and permitted-use terms included with that specific product and shown in its current product listing. Where a product license permits customization or commercial use, buyers may use the template within those stated terms. Rights can vary by product, so the individual listing and included license control. Rooted Mama Collective names, logos, seals, photographs, and other brand assets are not transferred with a template unless the product license expressly says otherwise.

You may not use the site to harass others, post unlawful content, interfere with site operation, or copy and redistribute website content outside the rights expressly granted with a purchased product. We work to keep information accurate and available, but product formulas, labels, third-party websites, pricing, licensing terms, and availability can change. We may update, correct, suspend, or remove content when needed.

DIGITAL PURCHASE POLICY

Instant-access products

All products sold through this site are digital; no physical item will be shipped. Because digital files and access are delivered immediately, purchases are generally final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

If you receive a duplicate charge, cannot access the files, or receive the wrong product, email us with the purchase email and order details. We will make a good-faith effort to correct the issue. Please review the product description, included formats, and compatibility information before purchasing.
